In this colorful Four Seasons ballroom wedding in Austin, Texas, Brock & Co. Events created the perfect art deco inspired wedding for this bride and groom! Art deco wedding details ran as a theme throughout the whole event, down to the rings that the bride and groom chose. The black and gold invitations were so beautiful they looked like they were sent from the mysterious Gatsby himself. Some personal favorite details were the bold fuchsia bridesmaid dresses to the creative floral highlights by Westbank Floral. The bride’s bouquet was stunning and unique with a waterfall of orchids. Moral of the story, I just love it when couple’s and wedding vendors think outside the box to create something truly unique for the wedding day.

The couple decided to do a first look, and I could not be happier with how the photos turned out. I was able to capture some tender moments of the couple before the festivities got underway. I love the photo of the happy couple in front of the orchid and bird wall. It’s such a lovely focal piece when guests enter the reception. The bride and groom chose an outdoor lawn wedding, and the weather could not have been more perfect. The altar showcased as beautifully decorated whimsical floral hoop and hanging lanterns. After the ‘I Do’s, the bride and groom took an adventure down to the cliffs at Lady Bird Lake for some sunset portraits and some photos on the water in front of the Congress Street Bridge.

Winter Wedding at the Four Seasons

While the newlyweds were getting some alone time, guests headed to the breathtaking reception hall. They covered the tables in crisp white linens, towering gold vases, and more beautiful floral arrangements. A gorgeous floral table runner draped across the length of the wedding party table. As a photographer, I especially love the mirrored bar, walls and dance floor that lent themselves to some creative photos! This wedding had all the sparkle and unique reflections! After the speeches, dances, and cake cutting, their live band had everyone on the dance floor all night. Before they knew it, the night came to a close, and the new Mr. & Mrs. were whisked away on a horse drawn carriage. It was just like a fairy tale! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
