We began the engagement session photos with this super stylish couple on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol with a romantic champagne and macaroon picnic! And thank goodness Amanda & Ryan have a sense of humor, because upon uncorking, the champagne exploded and sprayed everywhere (including soaking poor Ryan & his shirt!)! But they just laughed, changed clothes & carried on, which I think are great characteristics that will undoubtedly help them in their marriage for years to come. :) The carefree looks of love on their faces say it all, and I love the sweetness and intimacy of the picnic photos. Next we headed over to the newly renovated Hotel Ella for some stunning and more sophisticated images… Amanda’s black side-slit dress is totally VA VA VOOM! The poolside and dusk images are some of my favorites! Big congratulations on your engagement guys!
