This corporate holiday party at Fairmont Austin was Out of this World! With the guest list of approximately 2,000 people, it took 3 photographers to ensure we were able to document the night in all its glory. Pearl Events Austin created an amazing event that was the night of a lifetime! I had a blast capturing photographs of all the crazy happenings of the party. I know the guests had an unforgettable time! Phasers were set to *party*, and this Austin event photographer was pumped!

Into the Future Corporate Holiday Party

Since the theme was futuristic, there was a kaleidoscope of colors and lights and over-the-top entertainment provided by Circus Picnic. The itinerary of entertainment included hula hoopers, stage dancers, giant robots on stilts, astronauts, and acrobats. However, the fun did not stop there! Roaming character sketchers, face painters, and live ice sculpting on the pool deck by Full Spectrum Ice took the event up a notch—if that’s possible.

Guests had endless activities and nooks to discover. A new experience awaited around every corner. Looking for a place to hang out? Try out the black light room or old-school arcade. Time to hit the bar? Which one? There was a flavored oxygen bar, a glow bar for light-up party favors, and a cotton candy bar. Oh, and don’t forget the WIG BAR, complete with real hair stylists from Adore to perfectly coif each do!

What more could you ask for? Oh, aliens? They had those, too! Giant inflatable aliens meandered among the guests, posing for photos, giving hugs, and stepping in for a surprise dance! And if that wasn’t enough to keep guests having an extraordinary time, incredible bands and DJs kept the party going until the early hours of the morning. If you wanted to experience it all, you couldn’t waste a moment! Everyone partied like it was…. 2999!
