I’ve known and worked with Martha Lynn of Mirror Mirror Salon over the years so many times I can hardly remember them all! We’ve teamed up on both fashion shoots and weddings for years now – most recently on the spring and fall Kendra Scott jewelry campaigns. So I was both giddy with excitement and honored when she asked me to shoot her wedding! Trevor is a total doll and has even assisted us on photo shoots – sacrificed his body, laying in a ditch with a flash for the cause of a good photo. Seriously, that’s a good man.
Courtney at Caplan Miller Events took the wedding to a new level of awesomeness in so many ways! Tons of cute personal touches made this wedding stand apart – a Krispy Kreme doughnut bar dedicated to her grandmother’s memory, Trevor’s dad memorialized with a fishing pole and waders, colorful floral tones in fuschia expertly displayed by Inglenook Decor, giant inflatable swans floating in the pool where we shot their Save The Dates , specialty drinks like the “Southern Belle” & “Southern Gentleman” to refresh the spring taste buds – just to name a few. Martha Lynn is so stylish that even changed into a new dress for her reception so she could get her party on! But in all honesty, it was probably Trevor’s old school dance moves that stole the show…

But why blog too many photos myself, when it was just featured on Style Me Pretty Texas? Woo Hoo!
