Big congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for the honor of photographing your Escondido Golf & Lake Club Wedding! This bride and groom’s wedding vision was to have a fun, colorful and non-stuffy affair, full of eclectic details and a laid back vibe. With the help of Brock & Co. Events, there is no doubt they they had an absolute blast, and their day was anything but ordinary!

The bride got dressed into her stunning Oscar de la Renta wedding dress, which featured a custom-made lace slip-over that perfected the look. In true non-traditional form, the couple had a private first look together under the beautiful arches of Escondido Golf & Lake Club. As the couple cheered and exited their ceremony, guests clapped and shook their maracas labelled “Shake Responsibly”. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a relaxing cocktail hour with beer donkeys sauntering around to quench their thirst.

Botanical No. 9 did an incredible job of creating the fun and colorful arrangements that brought every table to life! Custom white Mexican papel picado hung from the top of the crystal clear tent, with the couples name and wedding date contrasting against the blue skies. After cutting their exquisite cake with two love birds on top, the couple toasted with the same toasting goblets that the bride’s parents toasted with on their wedding day many years before – so sweet!

When Memphis Train Revue hit the stage, the dance party erupted into a sea of ribbon wands (handmade by the mother of the bride!) and glow sticks. As you can tell from the photos, this group of friends and family knows how to party! The bride and groom exited their legendary reception on a decorated Escondido golf cart, with all their loved ones waving the colorful wands goodbye!
